Reassess Yr Weapons
Continuing the fantastic job that Manifesta's original zine, Assess Your Weapons started, the re-launched Reassess Your Weapons offers the space for us to make our individual voices heard in all their unique splendour.
Collating contributions from a wide-ranging group of individuals, and containing text, photography, cartoons, art work and beyond, RAYW offers an area for our unbound creativity to be shared with a wider community.
First and foremost the zine is collaborative action -- it wouldn't be what it is, or as important, without each and every contributed article.
Check the Manifesta message board for updates on future issues, and information on any collaborative, collective articles being planned.
How To Get Involved
The zine is open to anybody to contribute to.
Issues are published as and when enough articles are submitted to create a zine-sized amount of work.
Send anything and everything you wish to contribute (within reason!!), either by email to: reassessyrweapons@manifesta.co.uk or post articles, work, words, art etc. (in A5 format) to: 12 Gypsy Wood Close, Leeds, LS15 9DY.
Here's to filling many more issues with as much of our insight, lives and creativities as possible!

Independent technical
Independent technical assessments suggest that new replacement warheads are not necessary to maintain the reliability of the U.S. nuclear arsenal under the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, which Obama wants the Senate to reconsider and support "as soon as practical."

Today an assessment of that
Today an assessment of that effort is important because nuclear proliferation continues to be a most dangerous prospect in the coming decades-deserving of as much attention as the Soviet Union and the national security risks arising from dependence on foreign oil, as well as the basic economic problems of high inflation and low productivity.
