Manifesta Distro

Welcome to the Manifesta distro!

STOP PRESS: AUGUST 2008: After a lengthy, unofficial hiatus the Manifesta Distro is up and running again, and this time it's FOREVER. We've acquired lots of new stock(including some great US zines) which we will be adding to the website over the next few weeks, so keep checking back. We've also updated the events page to show where the distro will be out and about this summer!

If you're waiting to hear back from us about anything, drop us a friendly email and we'll get back to you asap, as we've been a bit snowed under!

LATEST!

12th August: New zines AND new events added. Updated FAQ section

Go On Girl!

Go On Girl!

Self defence mini-zine for women.

Self defence is more than knowing how to hit someone jumping out at you from some bush. It's about improving your life and helping you wrestle back control in many situations in which you feel humiliated, threatened, pushed around or attacked.

Zine includes common advice, myths around sexual attacks, personal boundaries, assertiveness, body language, using our voice, basic strikes and releases.

If we want to improve our lives as women, we need to look at our realities, learn survival skills, support each other and not let ourselves be intimidated or pushed around but take back control over our lives!
